As the summers arrive, it brings along many reasons for me to smile. And one of them has to be watermelon.
Yes, it is.
It is delicious, healthy, thirst quencher, fights the heat and good for your skin too.
And if this was not enough for you to love the fruit, here I am presenting the watermelon nail art tutorial. This surely is going to steal hearts.
THINGS YOU'LL NEED :
Top coat
Base coat
Nail paint- Red, Green, Black.
Doctor's tape
Toothpicks
Zig-Zag scissors.
DIRECTIONS :
Start with a base coat and paint all your nails red. Let it dry.
Now, cut the tape and place it at the side of your hand and pat 4-5 times to get rid of excess stickiness.
Taking the same scissors, cut 5 vertical stripes and place it over your nails as is shown in the picture. Then, paint the edges green. Let it dry.
After it dries up, remove the stripes gently. The green will highlight the zig zag pattern. After this step, take a toothpick and start dotting on the red part giving the effect of seeds. Let it dry and finally set your final design with a top coat.
Your watermelon nail art is ready. I wore it and got so many compliments for the same. It is a design that would not go unnoticed. Make the heads turn with this simple nail art. You are going to love it.
